Take your skills to the next level and gain valuable experience contributing to work within the Communications Department.

Communications Internship:

Develops and coordinates communication tactics for projects and programs to promote engagement and understanding of Bank or department goals, high-priority initiatives, and overall Bank strategy.

Knowledge and skills:

Familiarity and interest in communications, marketing, media relations, or content strategy

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Technical skills in one or more of the following areas: social media, web content management systems, video editing, multimedia

Problem solving and analytical skills

Requirements for Internships:

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Should have at least one semester left to complete in school.

Strong computer/technical skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.

Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and to multitask.

Ability to work both independently and in a group setting.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Physical Demands and General Working Conditions

Traditional office environment: Employees typically sit most of the day, work with a computer and may answer/respond to phone calls. Physical movement consists of walking for meetings, breaks, etc. Ability to lift items weighing approximately 20 pounds on a limited basis is required. Employees will be required to travel by car/air.
