Job Description:

Reporting to a manager in the Client Service Center, the Client Service Advisors (CSA's) are the primary client service and technical troubleshooting contact for Silicon Valley Bank (SVB's) commercial bank clients. CSA's are accountable for navigating, identifying, and researching technical, service related and/or operational client questions and issues for all commercial bank products. CSA's are expected to collaborate with colleagues on a day to day basis. The Client Support Advisor is accountable for researching and resolving a variety of online banking, direct electronic file sharing, mobile channel and operational issues received through client email channels and acting with diplomacy, tact and efficiency

This position will:

  • Respond to client inquiries that originate in the email channels.
  • Use a variety of tools including online banking, cases system, online reference tools, outlook, Microsoft Office tools, workforce management and other banking product systems to resolve inquiries
  • Maintain consistent productivity and quality to ensure we respond with inquiries accurately within our established turn-around time.
  • Be flexible and available to work any shift between 5am-5:30 pm PST, Monday - Friday
Success metrics include:
  • Client satisfaction (measured via surveys)
  • Quality and efficiency metrics
  • Schedule adherence
  • Ability to learn new tasks, processes and product to improve flexibility and ability to handle any incoming inquiry

Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of client/customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve client issues with follow-up as needed with strong agility to multitask and maneuver between multiple system to provide client support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to succinctly convey an issue and resulting outcome to clients and internal business partners via phone or email
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Reside in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area

Preferred:

  • 3+ years working experience in banking, financial services, finance/treasury/analytics role
  • Bank teller experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Note: This will be a hybrid position and is responsible for in-office days occasionally.

Base Pay:
$34,564.00 - $40,184.00

Actual starting base pay will be determined on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
