Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of the examiner training program in order to administer the examiner training program requirements outlined in supervisory letter AD 18-8. Provides administrative support with learning databases, training records and expenses, and learning reports and trends. Participates on System learning projects, workgroups, committees, and related departmental projects.

Administers all aspects of the examiner commission program (ECP) and continuing professional development (CPD) for the CBO/RBO, CC, LFI, and IT business lines, under general supervision.

Serves as administrator for the completion and reporting of all self-study modules and pre-course work required under AD 18-8.

Regularly interacts with SRC learners, proctoring proficiency exams, and maintaining and extracting data from the FedLearn and Learning Center databases.

Answers technical and content questions raised by examiners related to commissioning programs.

Conducts and supports FedLearn responsibilities for learner enrollments, class administration, and course/roster updates. Reviews mandatory training requirements to support department compliance, including communications requesting completion as needed.

Coordinates with the Board and Supervision Learning staff development teams to identify and recommend training programs for the SRC staff, including programs offered through the Board, FFIEC, Human Resources, Information Technology Center, and external providers.

Attends meetings to discuss, analyze, and identify the training needs of the examination staff, and provides individuals with learning recommendations as needed.

Collaborates with unit staff to create learning and development communications for all supervision staff. Reviews and updates ECP and CPD class rosters and distributes participant letters to participants. Maintains all training class records and tuition costs for local and state participants.

Coordinates and conducts the orientation of all new and provides ongoing program support and guidance for learners enrolled in the ECP. examiners seeking an examiner commission.

Works with SRC business line management and workforce planning analyst to identify training needs of the examination staff

Plans and conducts independent research and moderately complex assignments under general supervision. Attends frequent learner and manager touchpoints to discuss progress and training needs.

Participates in relevant Bank, Board, and System workgroups, as well as other SRC or Reserve Bank projects of moderate complexity

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience and education

Experience in bank examinations or banking supervision is preferred

Previous training experience is preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem solving and planning

Ability to handle simultaneous projects in a competent, timely manner under general supervision

Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels in the Bank

Excel, SharePoint, and Teams experience preferred
