Are you a systems, software, or hardware engineer? Are you interested in learning more about Northrop Grumman in Azusa, CA? Want to find out what all the buzz is about for this site? Look no further as we have a great evening planned to address just that! Northrop Grumman Payload & Ground Systems will be hosting an invite only on-site hiring event on Wednesday, February 1st 2023 from 6PM-9PM PST. Attending this event, you will get the opportunity to learn about our space payload and ground systems team, current and future programs, and what its like to work at our Azusa, CA site. Our engineering leaders will also be giving a tour of our Azusa campus and what this facility has to offer. This event will be targeting engineers that have a background in systems, software, or hardware.

We are hiring for various roles/levels across our engineering teams and those can be outlined below. We will have manager and director representation from our hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to talk about their department needs.

**Positions/Skillsets we are actively hiring for:**

**Hardware Engineering:**

+ FPGA/VHDL Digital Engineers
+ Special Test Equipment focused engineers
+ Various manager roles- RF Microwave, Electronic Systems & Design, Analog & Power

**Systems Engineering:**

+ Spacecraft & Satellite systems engineers (Active DoD clearance required)
+ Optical Design & Radiometry
+ Model Based Systems Engineers

**Software Engineering:**

+ Embedded Software Engineers (Some require an active DoD clearance)
+ Developers
+ C++ focused software engineers
+ Integration & Test Software Engineer (Active DoD Clearance Required)

**Various Engineering Disciplines** :

+ Chief Engineers
+ Engineering Program Managers (Deputy PMs, IPTLs)
+ Capture Managers

**Basic Requirements for Open Roles:**

+ Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a STEM related field
+ 2+ years of related technical engineering experience
+ Secret clearance highly preferred

Salary Range: $1.00 - $1.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
