We are hiring aManager of Community Engagement to oversee the development and execution of the strategic community engagement programs and uses extensive knowledge of stakeholder needs and preferences to increase the Banks outreach effectiveness and impact. The Manager will use extensive experience in stakeholder engagement to lead a team to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholder groups in the Dallas Region.
You Will:
- Responsible for actively seeking and building stakeholder engagement within the Dallas Region.
- Lead a team of community engagement practitioners with clarity, vision and purpose.
- Identify and pursue local industry, and professional and community opportunities to profile Dallas Fed subject matter experts and share Federal Reserve resources.
- Develop and deliver presentations on the Federal Reserve operations and topics of interest to the community.
- Work closely with senior leadership and other internal business partners to deliberately map out, identify, and target programs and audiences.
- Build and strengthen strategic community partnerships such as Chambers of Commerce, workforce organizations, industry associations, and professional organizations.
- Continuously track business, community and economic issues through outreach practices and other engagement activities such as surveys.
- Monitor trends and produces issue analysis in key sectors such as leisure and hospitality, energy, healthcare, retail, real estate, trade and manufacturing, among others.
- Represent the Bank by advising or serving on community boards, committees, and work groups for various organizations that complement and further the Banks priorities and departments strategy.
- Manage programs including planning, organizing and execution of small and large-scale meetings and outreach events.
- Measure performance and impact of stakeholder engagement initiatives and programs and articulate into a business plan.
- Support internal partners understanding of business, community and economic issues occurring within the region.
You Have:
- Bachelors degree in business, communications, public relations, marketing or a related discipline, Masters degree preferred.
- 7+ years experience in the practice of stakeholder engagement; Minimum of 3 years management experience.
- Knowledge of local and regional business communities, industries and their economic and financial issues.
- Proven experience building partnerships and developing positive, collaborative rapport with business, industry, academic institutions, community-based organizations or other members of the community.
- Capable of interpreting and applying understanding of key economic indicators to help make better business decisions.
- Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements.

This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely.Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
