Work Description

We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our marketing strategy through best practice processes and system solutions. The Salesforce user experience is of great importance to ERM; therefore, the Marketing Cloud Administrator will engage in all aspects of marketing, from system and security administration to content creation and platform development. This will require someone who is comfortable liaising with users at all career levels through service desk response and training engagement and gathering feedback to support productivity and process design.

The Marketing Cloud Administrator should have a strong understanding of Marketing Cloud (Email Studio and Automation Studio), a good understanding of the email marketing channel (best practices for the professional services industry is preferred), and basic knowledge of the wider Salesforce platform and Lightning UI with a desire for continued learning. As part of a dynamic and cross-functional team, the Marketing Cloud Administrator will also have the soft skills to work independently managing assigned tasks and workload, self-organizing, as well as working together in a collaborative team atmosphere.

The Marketing Cloud Administrator will report to the Product Owner for Brand & Sales and work closely with the Marketing and Communications department in ERM. This is a full-time role with a fixed term of 4 months.
