The Genesis Software Early Career Program is designed for people passionate about technology and its ability to improve the world. You will work following agile software development methodologies. You will assess new technologies and figure out how they can differentiate our products in the marketplace. You will help drive innovation through collaboration with colleagues utilizing varying technologies and domains. You will actively engage with domain authorities to develop creative ideas and solutions. You will have the opportunity for continued education.
Three 8 month rotations through Honeywell businesses and locations (Phoenix, AZ and Atlanta, GA).
Challenging projects and assignments focused on developing software skills.
Partner and network with leading software developers and business leaders through annual summits, international workshops and mentorship.
Work Experience
YOU MUST HAVE
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Engineering discipline
- Must have graduated, from an accredited college or university, since August 2019 or will graduate by June 2020
- Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire
- Must be a US Citizen
