DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Requirements

• Usia 28 - 40 tahun
• Pendidikan Minimal  S1 jurusan Teknik Sipil
• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di perusahaan Konsultan struktur atau kontraktor sipil/struktur
• Mahir dalam mengoperasikan Ms Office, AutoCad, Photoshop, dan Sketch up.
• Penempatan Di Jakarta Timur.

Job Descriptions

• Mengembangkan desain sesuai kebutuhan user, mengembangkan konsep dan Term of Reference, dan mengembangkan desain menjadi gambar konstruksi, spesifikasi dan standar bangunan untuk menerjemahkan kebutuhan user dalam rencana teknis.
• Menyiapkan dokumen tender dan melakukan penawaran dengan konsultan untuk mendapatkan proposal penawaran konsultan sesuai dengan Term of Reference yang telah dibuat dan disetujui oleh Design Mgr.
• Menyiapkan gambar kontrak dan kelengkapannya setelah kontraktor terpilih untuk penandatanganan kesepakatan kerja.
• Menciptakan standar teknis struktur untuk membuat gambar yang dibutuhkan untuk pelaksanaan pembangunan
• Mempersiapkan rencana struktur dan teknis, seksi, ketinggian, detail, bahan presentasi dan lainnya untuk memastikan penyusunan rencana struktur dan teknis berjalan dengan baik serta untuk keperluan proses tender dan proses konstruksi.
• Memeriksa, merevisi / memperbaiki gambar – gambar kerja teknis yang sudah dibuat konsultan agar gambar tersebut sesuai dengan keinginan customer dan dapat dilaksanakan di lapangan tepat waktu.
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan Proyek tentang permasalahan produk di lapangan agar proses konstruksi secara keseluruhan berjalan dengan lancar.
• Memeriksa dan mengkoordinasikan semua aspek kualitas pekerjaan untuk memastikan kualitas proyek sesuai dengan standar yang ditentukan dalam gambar dan spesifikasi untuk Proyek Baru dan Pemeliharaan Proyek Major.
