Join the website content experience team to support the Banks work within the Fourth District and the Nation to share research and content dedicated to improving the economic prosperity of individuals. This role supports website publishing, including SEO, content creation, and event marketing. Also supports the marketing team in their efforts to engage key audiences on the Banks social media channels. The content publisher will work directly in the websites content management system (CMS) and in various other systems designed to deliver communications to employees and the public.

Under the direction of a manager or supervisor, responsible for basic to moderately complex web user interface style programming, content

updates and site maintenance for the Bank's external and internal websites. Provides production support for users of websites and multimedia

solutions.

Essential Accountabilities

1.Code, debug, test, deploy, support and document low to moderately complex web user experience styling enhancements

including browser compatibility, and accessibility

2.Analyze low to moderately complex customer business needs and implement solutions to increase web site traffic and

business value.

3.Create moderately complex content using web and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices with stakeholders and

ensure accuracy.

4.Provide ongoing low to moderately complex technical support to customers

5.Incorporate security and other relevant Bank and system controls into web solutions

6.Adhere to Bank and system web site user experience development methodologies and standards

7.Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Education and Experience

Working toward Bachelor`s degree in digital strategy, technology, marketing or similar discipline

The successful candidate must have received the primary series of COVID-19 vaccines as well as either the first or most recent booster dose unless the Bank grants an accommodation as required by law.
