Job CRITERIA

Job Summary

Are you a Project Accountant with expertise in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry? Do you want to work with an amazing, supportive, and collaborative in-house team of Accountants and Project Managers? Glumac, a Tetra Tech Company, is seeking an industry-knowledgable Project Accountant with 4+ years of experience. Is it you?

This position plays a critically important role in ensuring that complex project deadlines are met and results are delivered, so you have a positive attitude and good work ethic, and want to work with great people and contribute to the continued success of a great organization. You also have the aptitude to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization may exist.

In this position, you will work directly with Project Managers, assisting them in setting up projects and validating the accuracy of project information in management reports. You'll be responsible for ALL aspects of project billing, including the review of contracts to ensure project billing terms are established in accordance with the terms of the contract. You'll handle the identification and recording of direct and reimbursable expenses, and the compilation and maintenance of accounting records and files, among other things.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Previous project accounting and project billing experience in an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction business is required.
  • Prior knowledge and experience with Oracle is highly desired.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Glumac's total compensation package for employees.
