The Applied Administration Program at the University of Houston-Downtown seeks qualified adjunct instructors to teach in the online Restaurant & Food Service Administration concentration in one or more of the following discipline areas:Supervision in the Hospitality Industry, Food Safety: Administering the HACCP System, Administration of Beverage Operations, Administration of Service in Food & Beverage Operations, Planning and Control for Food & Beverage Operations, Food & Beverage Operations Administration, Field Experience in Restaurant and Food Service Administration.

The candidate must plan and create course syllabi; provide quality instruction and guidance in an online environment; follow institutional guidelines; evaluate student performance; maintain a positive educational environment in the online classroom, etc. Experience teaching online courses is preferred.
