DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job Description:

• Prepare weekly report for PEP Acceptance Forms
• Monitor daily due-diligence on any suspicious surrender/withdrawal transactions
• provide a due-diligence on any business transactions hit sanction and embarbgo criteria
• in charge of OJK and PPATK reports
• Implement Allianz Data Protection and Data Privacy
• Perform other tasks that are within the job scope, including handling short-term and long-term projects (e.g Code of Conduct, Outsourcing, FATCA, etc)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of a wide variety of substantive legal discplines, including corporate law, accounting standards, insurance, supervisory, contact and litigation process
• Understanding of the Group and knowledge of business norms and practices
• at least bachelor degree from law
